Tlhabane Mall Steel Fabrication and Erection

Description

The Thlabane Mall is a PIC project in which they contracted the WBHO and Trencon joint venture to build the facility. Linhleko Projects was subcontracted as a local company specializing in structural steel fabrication and erection. The scope of work included constructing the taxi rank and structural steel for the Cashbuild’s main roof and structural support for the structures. We were also tasked with sundry projects for the Pick n Pay which included the gates, ClearVu structures and corner protectors. The fabrication process started in December 2020 followed by erecting in January 2021 with the completion date in April 2021.
