Gender diversity and women empowerment are also key priorities for the company. In 2019, Linhleko Projects arranged a session focused on women economic empowerment. Female business owners were invited to participate in this session and were honoured and celebrated. The event was successful and was an important learning dialogue in which everyone shared their experiences and discussed ideas to embrace and increase women empowerment that was underpinned by their experiences in business.
