On Mandela Day 2021, Linhleko Projects also responded to the needs of SOS Children’s Home in Rustenburg, where it is building walls for the houses. About 80 orphaned and vulnerable children live in the communities, however, the houses which accommodate them do not have the necessary security that is required from a safety perspective to protect them from any criminal elements.
